Lasagna noodles; cooked, rinsed and drained

Directions
- Combine cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, granulated sugar and almond extract in a medium bowl.
- Blend well.
- Spread 1 can of the apple pie filling over bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Layer 1/2 of the noodles, over filling, then spread cheese mixture over noodles.
- Top with remaining noodles, then the remaining can of apple pie filing.
- Combine the 6 tablespoons brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over apple pie filling.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the garnish by blending sour cream and 1/3 cup brown sugar in small bowl until smooth.
- Cover; refrigerate.
- To serve, cut lasagna into squares and garnish with sour cream mixture.
