Asparagus & Chicken Pasta Recipe

1. * Chicken breasts should be skinned and boned. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until ad dente, about 8 min.
2. Meanwhile, snap off and discard woody ends of asparagus.
3. Then, slice spears into 2 inch pieces.
4. Set aside to add to pasta during last 3 min. of cooking.
5. Meanwhile, cut chicken into strips.
6. Heat oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat.
7. Add chicken.
8. Stir often until cooked through, about 3 min.
9. Stir in wine and seasonings.
10. Drain pasta and asparagus.
11. Toss with chicken.
