Microwave Lasagna Recipe

Jar spaghetti sauce (I use
Prego Green Label) mixed

Shredded or sliced

Directions
- layer in this order, in a 9x13 pyrex pan: sauce, 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 ricotta, 1/2 mozzarella, sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce.
- Cover tightly with Saran wrap.
- My microwave is a 650 watt machine, with a carousel.
- I cook it on HIGH for 8 to 8 1/2 minutes, and MEDIUM LOW for 32 mins.
- Remove saran, sprinkle w/ Parmesan, recover and let stand for 15 minutes.
