Spaghetti

Vegetable Oil

Diced Fresh Tomatoes

Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions

  1. Combine Cheeses, Egg Whites, Thyme, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper in Medium Bowl.
  2. Set Aside.
  3. Steam Broccoli, Onions, Carrots & Celery Until Broccoli Is Crisp-Tender, About 5 Min.
  4. Add Pasta & Oil To Large Pot Of Boiling Water & Cook Until Pasta Is Just Tender But Still Firm To Bite, About 5 Min.
  5. Drain.
  6. Return To Pot.
  7. Add Steamed Vegetables & Toss.
  8. Add Cheese Mixture & Toss.
  9. Transfer To Serving Bowl.
  10. Spoon Tomatoes in Center Of Pasta.
  11. Garnish Edges With Parsley.
